About the Program
Easts Volleyball Club is excited to announce our Women's and Men's Off-Season Training Program. It's a welcoming, high-energy environment where athletes stay active and sharpen their technical skills. Players build game IQ and teamwork with guidance from experienced Easts coaches. The program supports strong performance in school teams and creates a pathway to club and representative opportunities in 2026.

Choose the session you will be attending

Age Groups

​Junior: students in grades 7 & 9 (12 - 15 year old)

Senior: 16 years and above --> adults

The skill level of the players will also determine the sessions they attend

Day: Tuesday
Time: 6:00pm to 7.30pm
Venue: Balmoral State High School, Thynne Rd, Balmoral
Senior Women
Day: Tuesday
Time: 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Venue: Balmoral State High School, Thynne Rd, Balmoral
Junior Men
Day: Thursday
Time: 6:15pm to 7:45pm
Venue: Balmoral State High School, Thynne Rd, Balmoral
Senior Men
Day: Thursday
Time: 7:45pm to 9:15pm
