Queensland Health News: Restrictions Ease Across Brisbane

As of 6:00am this morning (15 April 2021), restrictions mandating the wearing of masks have been lifted. Easts will be returning to training as normal. You will not require a mask to enter the sports halls, however, please feel free to keep one close where social distancing is not possible.

Easts reserves the right to refuse entry or service to those who disregard health directives. Please do not attend training if you are sick or have been sick in the past 14 days.

The New Normal - Stage 6 Restrictions

Under this stage, sport has largely returned back to normal with some minor changes maintained in order to ensure public safety.

  • Maintain Social Distancing  (1 person per 2 sq metres)

  • Practice personal hygiene (washing hands etc)

  • Ensuring that details in QR Check-in is correct

  • Not turning up if unwell

  • Balls and equipment will be sanitised after use
